Siddhartha Degree College, Binka named after "Lord Vishnu - The Almighty" situated in the green surrounding of Ghantasini Hill is the only Degree College functioning in the Binka NAC of Subarnapur District since 1992 imparting Under-graduate course in Arts. It is established with the selfless and dedicated service of the people of this locality with a view to promote higher education in this area. It is affiliated to Sambalpur University in 1993 with a sanctioned strength of 64 seats and run up-to the year 2008 in composite form but the Degree wing has been segregated from its parent college in the same year as per the new policy of Higher Education Dept, Govt. of Odisha.
